Editor’s Note No. 1:

The Department of Justice is already seeking a federal court’s review of the Colorado state court’s conviction of Tina Peters on the basis that the Colorado court possibly abused Ms. Peter’s constitutional rights to proper judicial/criminal process.

The issue here is why is the lady in the above video using Tina Peter’s name to solicit our donations on Steve Bannon’s program when our tax dollars are already funding the DOJ’s efforts to obtain Ms. Peters’ release from prison?

In other words, if you are able, please educate us here at The American Landscape why this lady’s word salad isn’t a misuse of Ms. Peter’s name and notoriety to grift your money.

We are not saying it is a grift … but we’re not saying it isn’t either.

Plain and simple, we just don’t know, and are hoping you may be able to shed some light on the answer to our question.

Just asking …

Of course, the good news from all of this is that at least we can all be assured that the cause of Ms. Peter’s is continuing to gain traction on the national stage.

And for that, we have, among others, Pam Bondi and Steve Bannon to thank!

Editor’s Note No. 2:

Recently a conservative couple in their eighties reached out to a politically liberal couple in their seventies who they had socialized with for over 20 years.

They hadn’t heard from their liberal friends since the election in November 2024, but didn’t think that should have been much of a problem, since both couples, out of respect for each other, studiously avoided broaching any subject of a political nature over the years.

Finally, the curiosity of the older conservative couple got the better of them, and they emailed their friends to seek an explanation for the younger couple’s silence.

The response they received back from the husband shocked them beyond measure.

Paraphrased, the younger liberal husband responded as follows:

“To be clear, we never want to see you two ever again.

"You Trumpers are responsible for the Coup and distruction [sic] of our democracy. You Trumpers are responsible for the deaths of thousands of human beings due to the dismantling of USAID something I personally know a lot about having worked in Africa for 4 years. Don't tell me you are a Christian as you don't know the first thing about Jesus and his teachings. I can only hope that you two will wake up some way and realize that you elected a Fascist group of Nazis.I have gone from sad that you two are followers of evil to fucking ANGRY.

"Name of Liberal Husband”

With that, a twenty year friendship was destroyed just because of their vote in one election.

What can explain such a surprise display of Trump Derangement Syndrome by a couple that should have lived enough of life to know better?

Even we at The American Landscape are at a loss for words to explain it, and were shocked when the foregoing was forwarded to us by the older conservative couple seeking to better understand what our patriotic friends had just been exposed to.

All we could respond with was our recollection of the testimony of one man who experienced economic desperation in a South American country many years ago. Due to the shortage of money and even food, people were killing their fellow countrymen to get what they needed to survive. The lesson this man had experienced was shocking: “The person who is most likely to kill you on the street is the person you thought was your friend as he approached, until he pulled the gun to shoot you and take what he could.”

Caution: In today’s world, those who may be the most dangerous are those you thought were your friend … until it is too late.

Your thoughts?

Unsung Hero Award:

This week, The American Landscape is bestowing the Unsung Hero Award upon: those members of the DOJ who have selflessly taken up the cause of Tina Peters in an attempt to free an innocent political prisoner from the hardship of a nine year prison sentence wrongfully imposed by a leftist Colorado state court judge.

Please, Remember to Pray for Tina Peters, Derek Chauvin and Ashli Babbitt This Week!!!

One thing is for sure … two of these three haven’t forgotten YOU and the third one — as you well know — tragically has been rendered permanently unable to do so!!!!

This video will appear at the bottom of The American Landscape until all such political prisoners are exonerated and/or released from custody, or when appropriate, their murderers are appropriately held to account in full accord with the Rule of Law.
