Is there any doubt that these “visits” are intended by our government to put our right to “free speech” on ice?
To which we at The American Landscape would join others who would respond:
Let all who would insist on being able to speak and think freely … stand tall … stand firm … and be prepared to (lawfully & peacefully … of course ) resist these efforts by some to take from us our unalienable right that was given to each of us … not by any government … but by God.

Here are some interesting factoids pertaining to the signers of our Declaration of Independence:
Only two people Signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4: John Hancock and Charles Thomson;
Most of the rest signed almost a month later on August 2; but …
The last signature wasn’t added until 5 years later.
It puts one in mind of those who have been late in joining Trump’s third bid for the Presidency — i.e. folks like Mitch McConnell.
Is it appropriate to assume as a general rule that it is the timid and weak who wait until they can confirm the direction the wind is blowing before they commit?
That said, might it also be a truism that this identifies the cowards who will jump ship the moment they perceive the vessel they have belatedly boarded is encountering any headwinds?
For example, just consider the following:
McConnell announced this last Tuesday that he … “intends to remain in the U.S. Senate (as long as it takes) to oppose conservatives who support a truce between Russia and Ukraine.”
