Editor’s Note No. 1:

Yet, once again, Steve Bannon is correct.

Merrick Garland is a scumbag.

But … he is far more than that.

He is also a criminal who has wrongfully used his office to prosecute the Biden Regime’s political enemies with complete indifference to the lives he destroys along the way.

The most obvious evidence of this is his misuse of the FBI and the DOJ to persecute people involved in the J’6 protest, some of whom he knows are quite innocent.

Consider, for instance, the DOJ obtaining a conviction of the “Shaman” and sentencing him to 4-1/2 years in prison PRIOR to it being revealed by Tucker Carlson that exculpatory videos existed that the DOJ prosecutor had kept buried.

Was that criminal prosecutor or AG Garland held accountable for this crime?

The short answer is no. Yet, what they did was nothing less than evil.

Now, Garland is telling Congress to get lost when they are asking for the videos of former Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interviews with Biden. Would that constitute the same contempt for Congress that the Garland DOJ used to convict both Steven Bannon and Dr. Peter Navarro?

Why, yes it would be.

But, wait, says Garland, these videos are covered by Biden’s executive privilege, and so, do not have to be provided to Congress. And it shouldn’t matter anyway since Congress has already received transcripts of the requested videos.

But, says one inquiring mind, what if the videos constitute evidence that the transcripts the DOJ provided to Congress had been edited or redacted and possibly contain information that the DOJ is intentionally attempting to conceal?

Would that constitute a crime?

Why, yes it would … and probably more than one.

Just saying.

Editor’s Note No. 2:

Many names are being floated to become Trump’s running mate. To that list, I would like to add one that for some mysterious reason does not get mentioned enough.

That is Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of Texas.

First, he has has won major cases for Texas on immigration, school rights, Environmental Protection Agency rules and religious freedom, all while also combatting human trafficking from the get-go of his term in office.

In all that he has done in office, he has shown himself to be a a constitutionalist of the first order. He defends Texas and its border to the best of his ability and stands against the narrative of the deep state like few others on the national scene today. And, unlike Tulsi Gabbard, he has never been a member of the World Economic Forum.

Like President Trump, he has also survived an attempt by Bush Republicans in Texas to impeach him and remove him from office. In short, he has already demonstrated that he has the character and integrity to fight for what’s right and the temerity to stare the enemy in the face and not back down.

And lastly, but perhaps most importantly, if any unforseen circumstances ever evolved that caused him to be called upon to have to step up and serve as President in Trump’s stead, he clearly appears to have the boldness and legal skills to continue the movement Trump initiated to make America great again with full force and effect.

Just a thought …
